Harlem NOW has been conducting an informal survey of residents thru questionaires, e-mails and submissions to our website.  The following is a list of some of the most pressing issues confronting Harlem.  This list is by no means representative of all of the issues that affect our neighbors but it is a start.  In the coming months Harlem NOW will be studying these issues and developing strategies to deal with them.  Your input is crucial as we attempt to solve the many challeges our community faces.
